With over 20 years experience and a masters in Media Relations, Chris Kuban started Chemistry Multimedia as an effort to effectively formulate corporate and non-profit brands across the country. In doing so, he has become an expert in Media Relations, Event Management, Social Media implementation and video production.  He engages, coordinates and oversees a diverse team of local and national suppliers, vendors, employees and consultants, which have allowed him to effectively coordinate over 120 national events focusing on overall logistics, media relations and his clients expected ROI.

Ron O’Connor

Senior Strategist

With 30 years of experience in marketing communications, issues management, government affairs, branding and public relations, as well as with the U.S. Army, assigned to the National Military Command System of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, Ron has worked on behalf of a variety of clients active in the healthcare, transportation, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, financial services, professional services, retailing, development, construction, environmental protection, not-for-profit, agricultural, plastics and chemical industries.

With over 30 years experience providing branding and marketing communications to businesses and organizations on a local, regional and national basis, Steve’s expertise lies in marketing strategy, market development, social media, blogging, writing, public relations and advertising with financial, healthcare, high-tech and various business sectors. This includes local and national PR campaigns, campaign strategy, media relations, video, photos, graphics, articles and more.  Steve is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.

Senior Communications Strategist

Tina has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, broadcasting, public relations, and organizational communication. She specializes in communication strategy development and evaluation and public relations for corporate, nonprofit and government agencies, but Tina’s passion is writing.

Dan Gill


As a journalist with over 20 years experience, Dan has worked on national and international stories with reporters and editors with a keen sense of deadline. He has grown customer relationships in both B2B and retail photography environments and has taught college classes. His specialties include visual storytelling, connecting with customers, writing blogs, communicating technology in simple terms, teaching, public speaking and presenting seminars.

Almost 20 years of photographic experience matched with over a decade of print & website design and development, Mark Polege brings the balance of impactful images with intuitive web and print design to create a perfect chemistry of message. Mark also has a strong photojournalism background because good images complete any story. Mark’s work has ranged from schools and national brands to the Media and smaller businesses.

Account Manager

Kathy Barnes brings more than 15 years’ executive level marketing experience to the team. Her skills include project management, research, writing and editing, and client representation. Kathy has worked in marketing and administrative support roles for small companies and large corporations ranging from general and specialized construction to public safety communications engineering. Her mantra is to bring the professional support enabling team members to do what they do best.
